We have lots of different definitions, but the best way to describe us is role models. As the need for digital skills grows, our purpose is to help primary school children across the UK and beyond develop a genuine interest in computing.
We do this by introducing them to various digital concepts, such as coding and animating, and we help them understand how they can apply these skills to future job roles.
And the best part is, you don’t need any specific qualifications to become a Code Coach. All you need is a genuine desire to work with young people and a passion for our subject.
Working with Jam Coding is rewarding and always fun.
Getting to teach children and see them learn about technology from a young age is heart-warming. I enjoy seeing their expression and creativity through the work we provide and what they produce.

Teaching at Jam Coding is very rewarding. I love it when the children are excited to show me their work and what they’ve created using props they’ve brought in from home. I get to see their confidence grow week after week which is not only rewarding, but also really important for their development.
Jam Coding employees are welcoming, fun and easy to get along with. They’re a great company to work for as they fully support you in every way to ensure your personal experience is as comfortable as it can be. Great team to be a part of and for the two and a half years I’ve spent with them, they have been nothing but supportive and a joy to work for.
